Insurances Accepted: I currently accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Optum Allways Health, Medicare insurances or private pay. If you have other insurance, please check with your company to see if you have “out of network” reimbursement options and get a written confirmation of reimbursement. Even if I am listed as a provider for other insurance plans, their network status may not be up to date. I am able to provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance company that will list your diagnosis, billing code and date of service(s).
Missed Appointments or Multiple Late cancels: Appointments missed or not attended are subject to fees. Please see your appointments as a commitment to your treatment and your mental health. I take care to schedule appointments so that I run on time. Multiple missed or changed appointments will incur charges for the session posted to your bill or credit card.

Telemedicine (video or telephonic) 20 – 30 minutes ………$180 – $225

Payment
Payment is accepted as personal check, cash, credit card or Venmo. Medical Savings Account/Health Debit Cards as well as credit cards can be processed through Paypal, SquareUp Stripe Payment processing systmes systems. In the event of overcharges, reimbursments, or discounts, I will promply refund amounts by check disbursement via my business bank account or in the manner by which the original payment was made (credit card processing, venmo, etc.).
